This version contains a couple of minor checking updates
- The second coordinate tuple (CRS B) in the M1 Survey Perimeter record is only mandatory for the first set of positions and the check has been updated to allow for this.
- The Event Index number in E2,1,0,1 , T2,3,3,0 and T2,3,3,1 is now set as optional.
This version also updates the inbuilt version of the ESPG database to version 8.8
